These terms apply to all services of Stiqqo, part of The Impact Experience BV, Chamber of Commerce number 42002895.
Services
Stiqqo provides a retention programme for training organisations. Specific arrangements regarding delivery, availability and liability are set out in a separate agreement between Stiqqo and the client.
Intellectual property
Training materials provided by the client remain the property of the client. Stiqqo's methodology, software and activation programmes remain the property of The Impact Experience BV.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
